We stand by the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return any products to receive a refund of the purchase price or exchange the products within 30 days of delivery (No Questions Asked), provided that the products are returned in their original condition with packaging and proof purchase for a full refund not including shipping charges (if any) or for a Store credit.
Any charges for sending the product back will be borne by you.
Unfortunately for health reasons, we cannot return some items such as abdominal guard, any clothing item* or any customized items for which once an order containing any customized items has been validated it cannot be changed or canceled. This includes cricket bats which have been knocked in or modified in any way.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS FOR PRE-ORDER AND CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
Once you have signed your purchased order contract by placing a pre-order online and have purchased the product it will not be possible to cancel your order. Immediately after the financial transaction has taken place and after you clicked on "buy now" your order begins to be processed. That means, production capacity for your order will be reserved right away and the factory will begin production immediately by reserving your spot for production and purchasing raw material. Therefore canceling the order is not possible for pre-order only products.
In rare cases orders will have to be canceled by the NZ Cricket Store staff due to order processing difficulties, which can include:
If we cancel your order, you'll receive an email that will explain the reason for the cancellation.
All personalised items cannot be returned unless deemed to have a genuine fault of manufacture.

The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.
All prices are subject to change anytime without any notice to you. If a price has been published on error we reserve the right to amend or rectify any errors in pricing or product specification within 24 hours of being notified of it or after an order has been processed.
WARRANTY CLAIMS AND REPLACEMENTS
We are not legally bound to replace, refund or repair any used product deemed faulty until the product manufacturer, importer or supplier authorises such a claim after inspecting the damaged, faulty or unsuitable product. Please ensure that you return any unsatisfactory product immediately for inspection. Requests for replacement or credit without inspection or proof of purchase may be declined.
Cricket bats will be considered under warranty for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
NZ Cricket Store reserve the right to rewoke this warranty if we believe that the bat has been used in ways not deemed reasonable. We also reserve the right to rewoke this warranty if labels were removed or chosen not to be applied. No cash refunds will be offered and the shipping costs relating to the returning of goods will be borne by the customer.
All products should be returned with all the original accessories. Until we receive all the accessories we will not process any warranty claim.
Should you believe a warranty claim to be necessary, the product must be returned to us for inspection. Proof of purchase is required to be provided for any claim to be valid.
The warranty period does NOT include the following;
● Insufficient knocking in and preparation prior to use ( bats )
● Superficial cracking
● Damaged edges or toe, or excessive use
● Bats used against bowling machines are not returnable as these especially damage cricket bats.
In the case of replacement product, the remaining warranty period on the existing product only will be carried onto the replacement bat.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT
If the products are subject to the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ("CGA"), you may have statutory rights and remedies which are not excluded nor limited by the above provisions unless you are acquiring the products for business purposes, in which case all of the above exclusions and limitations will apply and the CGA will not apply.
ALL LIABILITY EXCLUDED
To the extent permitted by law:
● all warranties, representations and guarantees (whether express, implied or statutory) are excluded, including without limitation, suitability, fitness for purpose, accuracy or completeness of this site or the content on or accessed through it; and
● we will not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses, or indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind, suffered or incurred by you in connection with your access to or use of this site or the content on or accessed through it.
