PRODUCT ORDERS AND DELIVERY
******* COVID-19 LEVEL 4 LOCKDOWN UPDATE******
As you are aware we are in LEVEL 4 Lockdown some order will be delayed.
We have rerouted most of our products to be shipped from our overseas warehouse directly to you and there may be shipping delays in receiving your orders.
We are not able to accept returns at present due to our Palmerston North Warehouse being closed. We will extend the time to return the orders 10 days after out warehouse opens.

Some of our orders are delayed due to COVID-19 situation in India. We are trying our best to get them delivered asap.
An order made via this site ("order") is an offer to purchase one or more products. When we receive a valid order from you, we will accept this offer by confirming via email that we have received and are processing the order.
We will deliver the products set out in your order ("products") Delivery is made by our courier partners and the tracking details will be provided with the dispatch email.
Within NZ, we endeavor to deliver all products within 2-15 working days of us confirming receipt of the order, although this time frame is an estimate only. Any time frame mentioned will be in working days, If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a significant delay in making delivery (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location*), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).
Our standard shipping time is 2-15 working days, due to Covid-19 all our shipping channels are experiencing delays. Some orders are taking up to 30 working days.
We ship order directly from our Palmerston North based warehouse and some orders are shipped from our overseas suppliers directly.
Products shipped from our offshore suppliers can sometimes take longer than 5-15 working days. We normally have a estimated delivery time on your cart page.

We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.
The anticipated delivery charges (if applicable) will be notified to you when you complete the order, although in some cases the actual delivery charges may be higher.
For large/heavy items, the delivery charge will be higher. Please also note that deliveries to the Outer Islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d’Urville Island) and some RD addresses will incur additional costs.
* All orders placed through the Website are subject to NZ Cricket Store acceptance. This means that we may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, NZ Cricket Store will issue you a refund.
The products will comply, in all material respects, with their product descriptions appearing on this site at the time when you submit the order. If a product does not comply with its product description, you may return the product(s) and accept a refund* or exchange the product(s) - for more information please see our Returns page. Product description and images are provided by the suppliers and sometimes actual product may differ from the photo provided. We try our best to keep them updated but sometimes models and colors changes monthly and we may have not updated it. If this is the case you can return or exchange the product as per our refund and return policy.
