Credit is issued after your paid order is fully fulfilled. Sign in with the same account on a future purchase to use your available store credit at checkout.
A simple example
NZ$100 of eligible spend earns NZ$3 in store credit. Eligible spend is the product amount after discounts, excluding tax, shipping and any amount paid with existing store credit.
The details, made simple
When will my credit appear?
After your paid order is fully fulfilled. Paying for an order alone does not issue credit. Your account shows the credit available to spend.
What happens if I get a refund?
Any partial or full refund removes the entire cashback reward earned on that order.
Is this money paid back to my card?
No. Cashback is NZ Cricket Store credit for a future purchase, not a cash or card refund.
Does my credit expire?
No expiry is currently set for this rewards programme.
Can I earn on guest or wholesale orders?
No. You must be signed in when you purchase. Wholesale and B2B orders are excluded.
How is the amount worked out?
The reward is 3% of eligible product spend after discounts. Tax, shipping and redeemed store credit are excluded. The final reward is calculated from your completed order.
