Frequently asked questions
Is this the DC 900i Pro model?
Yes. This listing is for the DC 900i Pro English willow bat in adult Short Handle, not the TC version.
What does Short Handle mean?
Short Handle (SH) is an adult bat size. Junior sizes are not included in this listing.
Is the handle round?
Yes, the supplier's current specification identifies a round cane handle.
Can I request an exact weight or current-stock photos?
Contact NZ Cricket Store before purchase. We can request those details; a particular weight, grain count or visual finish is not guaranteed until separately confirmed.
Do these photos show the individual bat I will receive?
No. They are manufacturer model photographs. Natural timber, grip and graphic details may vary between production batches. Request individual-stock photos for a specific appearance preference.
Does it need knocking in?
Follow the manufacturer's preparation guidance and confirm any extra knocking-in service before using it with a hard cricket ball. It should not be assumed to be match-ready.
Does it include a cover?
Yes, a padded full-length bat cover is included.
When will my bat arrive?
Use the fulfilment and delivery estimates displayed on the product page. Any added preparation service can extend the dispatch time.
Who helps with a problem after purchase?

Care and common questions
How should I care for this product?
Follow the bat manufacturer’s oiling, knocking-in and storage instructions. Introduce natural-willow bats gradually to hard-ball use; a workshop service does not guarantee immediate match readiness. Avoid excessive oil, damp storage and direct heat. Check face, edges and toe after play.
How do I choose the right size?
