Frequently asked questions
Which willow grade is this?
The supplier and manufacturer specify Grade 5A English willow for the TC 650i.
Is the fibre tape on the face or edges?
The TC 650i specification identifies fibre tape on the edges, rather than a full-face covering.
What size am I buying?
Adult Short Handle (SH). Junior sizes are not part of this listing.
What is the exact weight?
An individual weight is not guaranteed by this listing. Contact NZ Cricket Store before ordering to request current-stock weights and selection help.
Can I see the actual bat?
Ask us before purchase. The gallery contains manufacturer model photos; timber, grip and graphic details can vary between batches.
Does it require knocking in?
Follow the manufacturer's bat-preparation guidance and confirm any added knocking-in service separately. Edge tape does not replace preparation, and the bat should not be assumed to be match-ready.
Does the price include a cover?
Yes, a padded full-length bat cover is included.
When will the order dispatch?
Refer to the fulfilment and delivery estimates on this page. Any preparation service can add time before dispatch.
Who handles after-sales questions?
Contact NZ Cricket Store with your order details and photos of any issue. See the store's shipping and returns information for the applicable process.

Care and common questions
How should I care for this product?
Follow the bat manufacturer’s oiling, knocking-in and storage instructions. Introduce natural-willow bats gradually to hard-ball use; a workshop service does not guarantee immediate match readiness. Avoid excessive oil, damp storage and direct heat. Check face, edges and toe after play.
How do I choose the right size?
